Steven Burrough Jr.
Steven built Aeon on the belief that true health is personal, purposeful, and deeply connected to community. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals improve not only their physical strength and energy, but also their confidence, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Raised in a military family, Steven spent much of his early life living in different parts of the world, an experience that shaped his ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Constant relocation instilled adaptability, discipline, and a deep appreciation for relationships—values that continue to influence how he motivates, coaches, and leads today. His global upbringing allows him to meet people where they are, understand their challenges, and help them move forward with purpose.
A former NCAA Division II basketball player, Steven brings a performance-driven mindset to wellness while maintaining a strong emphasis on functional movement, mobility, and longevity-focused fitness. His approach blends athletic discipline with compassion, ensuring that every individual—regardless of age or experience—feels supported and empowered in their journey.
Steven’s work is grounded in a strong love for family and faith, which guide both his leadership and vision for Aeon Wellness Club. These principles shape a culture centered on integrity, service, and genuine care for others. For over 20 years, Steven has called Atlanta home, where he is proud to serve and invest in the local community through meaningful relationships and impactful wellness initiatives.
Through Aeon Wellness Club, Steven collaborates with trusted medical and wellness professionals to offer customized training, advanced diagnostics, and restorative therapies in a refined, community-driven environment. His mission is simple: to help individuals live stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling lives—physically, mentally, and relationally.
Thomas Jenei
Thomas is a passionate fitness coach with an Exercise Science from Georgia College & State University. Following graduation, my passion for fitness grew and I pursued advanced education through NASM certifications in Personal Training, Performance Enhancement, and Corrective Exercise, along with Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification in nutrition coaching.
With over five years of experience, my coaching has spanned elite Division I athletes across multiple sports, driven adults seeking longevity and peak performance, and middle- and high-school athletes at every stage of development—from first-time gym goers to top-tier competitors.
Casey Moore
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Casey Moore brings a unique blend of athletic background, coaching expertise, and leadership to Aeon Wellness Club. A former collegiate basketball player, Casey transitioned his competitive drive into a career dedicated to helping others unlock their true potential.
Specializing in athletic performance, biomechanics, and movement assessments, Casey designs effective, personalized programs that emphasize mobility, strength, and conditioning. His passion lies in elevating both athletes and everyday clients through intelligent training that enhances performance, longevity, and confidence.
At Aeon, Casey is committed to creating an inclusive, results-driven community where every member receives the guidance, accountability, and care they need to thrive. For Casey, fitness is more than training the body — it’s about developing the mind, strengthening the spirit, and building a foundation for lifelong success.
Donaven Hairston
Donaven is a former collegiate basketball athlete with a background in exercise science and sport management. After graduating, he became certified as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, with a focus on helping people train smarter—not just harder.
At Aeon Wellness Club, Donaven specializes in metabolic testing and oversees the entire testing process. He works with clients to understand how their bodies respond to exercise, including heart rate zones and overall metabolic efficiency. By analyzing this data, he helps determine how training should be structured so each client can train more effectively and with greater purpose.
Using these insights, Donaven helps guide personalized programming and training experiences tailored to each individual. His approach combines science, athletic experience, and practical coaching to help Aeon clients make progress efficiently and sustainably.
Michael Zabetakis
Born and raised in Cumming, Georgia Michael graduated from West Forsyth High School before continuing his academic and athletic journey at the University of West Georgia, where he walked on to the men’s basketball team. Through hard work, resilience, and a drive to excel, he earned both a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration, while finishing his career as the basketball program’s second all-time leading scorer and rebounder.
After college, Coach Michael had the opportunity to play professional basketball in Europe, competing 2 seasons in Luxembourg and Finland. Playing at the professional level challenged him to grow as an athlete, leader, and teammate, while shaping the discipline he carries into his career today.
Most recently, he earned his NASM Personal Fitness Trainer Certification and now serves as a coach at Aeon Wellness Club. His mission is to bring the same energy, consistency, and passion that fueled his basketball career into helping members discover joy in their fitness journey and stay committed to doing what they love.
David Graham
David Graham is a Performance and Longevity Coach. As part of Aeon’s integrated care team — David specializes in customized semi-private training designed for long-term performance, movement quality, and sustainable health.
Born and raised in Atlanta, David brings an athlete’s mindset to the wellness space. A lifelong basketball fan and competitor, he built his training foundation through kettlebells and calisthenics, developing real-world strength, coordination, and durability before entering the professional performance and wellness arena.
He is a Certified Personal Trainer with advanced education through:
